ko te whakakitenga – our vision

Is to facilitate meaningful hauora (health and wellbeing) experiences in beautiful destinations. To invigorate one's optimal lifeforce energy (mauri), inspire a harmonious connection to the environment all whilst inviting in a sense of adventure and joy.

ko te uaratanga – our mission

We aspire to provide manaakiatanga (hospitality) at its best, ensuring our guests leave feeling aligned and cloaked in aroha (love).

ko ngā uara – our values

Our values are woven into our retreat experiences, respecting our guests as individuals, the culture and destinations we are visiting. Giving back, as opposed to taking from the communities we visit, as ambassadors of the conscious collective.

kim (ngāti tipaa) has been living and breathing the path of a yoga teacher, body worker, healer and wellness facilitator for over 20 years. She has been blessed to live her passion hosting International wellness retreats since 2009.

Kim started her wellness retreat journey in Morocco, at Surfmaroc then moving on to, USA and Central America, Nicaragua.  It was in Nicaragua that along with her husband and son, they resided for 8 years.

Feeling a pull to move closer to home, they took on a surf retreat position in  Indonesia. This was close enough to entice them to finally return home in 2019., where Kim and Chelsea's paths crossed.

Kim has been privileged to host guests from all over the globe, heralding from Grammy award winners, Academy nominees, sporting professionals, International families and those seeking a little more balance and joy in their life.

When not on retreat you can find her at her Ōtaki yoga studio ~ Hā Pai Wellness, teaching Health and wellbeing for UCOL and spending time with her whānau in nature, surfing and traveling.
